By entering your credit card or debit card information, or otherwise enrolling electronically, verbally, or otherwise, into PinSocial, you (“Client”) are entering into a legally binding agreement with Hannah Brown (of Digital Priestess) according to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay the total fee for PinSocial as specified at the time of purchase. If on a payment plan, the Client is responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation or completion of the program. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of access to the program until payments are up to date.
Refunds: To ensure the client is fully invested in the program, upon execution of this agreement, the client shall be responsible for the full extent of the fee. If the client cancels attendance to the program for any reason whatsoever, the client will receive no refund and is responsible for paying the remainder of the total fees due.
Confidentiality: The Client agrees to keep all program materials, strategies, templates, and proprietary information provided in PinSocial confidential. Sharing, selling, or distributing any program content to third parties or using it outside the scope of PinSocial is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property: All content provided in PinSocial is the intellectual property of Hannah Brown and Digital Priestess. This includes, but is not limited to, course materials, templates, recorded sessions, and documents. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the materials for commercial purposes outside of their own personal business.
Participation and Commitment: Success in PinSocial requires a commitment to engage in the sessions, complete assignments, and actively apply the strategies taught. While we provide guidance and support, ultimate results depend on the Client’s efforts and commitment.
Disclaimer: Results are not guaranteed. While every effort is made to accurately represent the potential outcomes of PinSocial, individual results depend on various factors, including effort, skill, and the nature of the Client’s business. Hannah Brown (of Digital Priestess) makes no guarantees, explicit or implied, about specific financial or business results.
Termination: Digital Priestess reserves the right to terminate the Client’s access to the program at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to late or incomplete payments, sharing of program materials, or inappropriate conduct. No refunds will be issued upon termination for these reasons.
