Monday can be the worst day of the week for so many of us. We wake up and immediately feel the dread, thinking about aaaaaaaaall the sh** we gotta do and how far away the weekend feels.
But if you really want to keep a high vibe, manifest your deepest desires and learn how to keep manifesting a good week, week after week, month after month, then you can try this simple law of attraction scripting exercise, it’s one that I often get my clients to do and it’s called scripting.
Fancy trying it? It will only take 10 minutes but can be extremely powerful.
Yes? Awesome, lets do this…

Manifesting a good week with scripting
Scripting is a technique based on the Law of Attraction, the law stating that like attracts like. So, for example, if you wake up on Monday thinking negatively about your week ahead, your week ahead is going to be a negative one.
But if you were to think about the week positively, you would have a positive week.
So, in Scripting, you describe your life as if you already had what you wish to manifest. So in this instance, if you’re trying to manifest the best week ever, write out a journal entry as if it’s Friday evening and you’re reflecting on your week.

Why scripting?
Scripting is a great way to manifest for those who struggle with visualization or guided meditation. Plus, it channels your creative energy in an ultra-specific way that can lead you down the road of success!
How to do scripting for manifestation?
Well, first things first. Grab whatever writing utensil and paper or computer is closest (such as your notes app on phone). Then follow these 3 simple steps…
- Write in the present tense, as if it has already happened. Pro Tip: Express gratitude as you write, such as ‘I am so grateful for the amazing week I had’
- Believe in your story, write something that you deeply desire, but that also has the potential to happen i.e if you’re currently earning $500 a week and you write ‘I earned $1,000,000 this week’ it may not feel believable to you.
- When writing, stay away from a place of need and attachment. Attachment can be the death of our creativity.
Here is an example I was manifesting a good week…
‘Dear Universe/Spirit/Journal (whoever you usually address when you journal – if anyone)
I am so grateful for what has been an amazing week! Monday kicked off in the absolute BEST way possible; I had breakfast with my friend at the most beautiful cafe, and it was here that she asked me to collaborate on a dream work project with her. I felt so excited and also honoured. It’s going to be epic! As if that wasn’t enough, just before lunch I checked my emails and I had a potential soulmate client reach out to me for 1:1 coaching….’
Or, if I wanted to be less specific (as a non-specific manifestor in human design, sometimes scripting such details can be stressful for me) then I might write…
‘I am so grateful for the powerful week I had in my business. I received an AMAZING opportunity. I felt so high-vibe this week as new clients flooded my inbox whilst I effortlessly created content…’
…and so on and so on, until you have written out the most exciting week and how it felt to live it.
Think about what it is you would like to happen this week, imagine the feeling of having it happen, then write it out AS IF IT’S ALREADY HAPPENED and describe how it feels to have it.
Don’t think about the HOW, always skip the how. Instead just focus on the feeling and the gratitude of having the thing/s you deeply desire.
I’d love to know in the comments below how you get on, or DM me your results on instagram.
Peace, Love & Gratitude
