I wanted to create a little EFT Tapping for Love, in honour of Valentines Day. I feel like Valentines Day became a really cool thing to hate a few years ago, like it was more acceptable to rebel V-day than to indulge in it.
But not this year. This year I’m feeling the love and tapping the love…
EFT Tapping for Love
On the day that celebrates LOVE, I created this EFT Tapping for Love experience, because I wanted everyone, no matter your relationship status to feel the love.
I start with focusing on fears around love and fears around being loved and being accepted, with an intention to unblock trapped energy and trauma in those areas.
My idea for this EFT Tapping for Love session, was to to allow self-love energy to flow freely through you, and to allow you to tap into a feeling of deserving of the love of others.
This isn’t just about partnerships; sometimes we feel undeserving of love from our parents, our children, our friends. Sometimes we don’t love ourselves enough and thats the relationship we need to work on.
