Discover the 8 Core Tapping points for EFT Tapping

EFT Tapping Points

EFT can be life-changing. Scientific research has proven that EFT Tapping can reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) which can have a HUGE impact on your mental wellbeing.

Personally, I am obsessed with EFT Tapping, it’s why I became an EFT Practitioner. I wanted to introduce this wonderful tool into my coaching.

But EFT Tapping isn’t just for coaches, it’s a fantastic tool everyone can use, which is why I wanted to share some more details on the specific tapping points.

But first, here is a quick reminder of what EFT is…

What is EFT tapping?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique but is also known to many as ‘Tapping’. This technique is a form of alternative therapy that can help reduce anxiety, PTSD and other forms of physical or emotional pain through tapping certain points on the body.

You’ve heard of acupuncture, right? Well EFT uses the same concept of applying pressure to our ‘Meridian Highway’ – a pathway of points throughout our body where energy is believed to flow – to reduce pain and stress.

You see, when we experience stress or anxiety, our energy isn’t flowing as it should and it gets trapped. This can cause all sorts of problems such as physical pain, further emotional stress, sleep problems, health problems etc.

Imagine a blood clot; if a blood clot occurs in your body, blood is being physically stopped from flowing to where it needs to be in order for your body to function correctly. Ignore that blood clot and your life is in serious danger.

It’s the same with energy.

Just because you can’t see it, it doesn’t mean it’s not there (kinda like oxygen). Clear and free-flowing energy is necessary for the body and the brain to be able to function at their peak. Leave energy blocked up and your well-being could suffer.
