HAPPY SPRING EQUINOX! As we begin a fresh season, we also enter a brand new zodiac year and so I wanted to focus this episode of our EFT Tapping club on tapping into Aries energy.
Tapping into Aries energy means tapping into passion, it means tapping into your creative flow, it means being open to impulsiveness (fyi, not always a bad thing) it means taking on that stubborn energy (great if you’re signing new clients) its’ about tapping into those flirty feelings.
We can take this Aries energy and use it to welcome in fresh opportunities, creative possibilities and make this brand new season a truly AMAZING one.
WHAT IS EFT?
New to EFT? No worries, I got ya sorted!
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique but is also known as ‘Tapping’. This technique is a form of alternative therapy aimed to help reduce anxiety and unblock trapped energy, and can also be used to manifest. You’ve heard of acupuncture, right? Well EFT uses the same concept of applying pressure to our ‘Meridian Highway’, a pathway of points throughout our body where energy is believed to flow.
HOW I USE EFT?
There are various ways I tap and lead tapping sessions, but I mainly use EFT to unblock trapped energy & anxiety and recode it into positive manifesting energy, using positive affirmations and ‘I am’ statements, the same way I would when visualising.

So tapping into Aries energy, we focus on releasing overwhelming feelings that new beginnings can bring and release any worry about the Aries energy & season. We instead replace it with positive statements. Ready to give it a go?
